The Cambrian Mountains Initiative is a project that aims to help promote rural enterprise, protect the environment and add value to products and services in Mid Wales. The project was inspired by HRH The Prince of Wales who as the Cambrian Mountains Initiative President wishes to help sustain traditional upland farms and rural communities. The initiative recognises high quality tourism establishments including hotels, restaurants, self-catering accommodation and visitor attractions.
The Arts Centre is a tourism ambassador for the Initiative, and we can recommend all the hotels, guest houses and accommodation in the initiative as they’re specially selected for quality and are just lovely – they’d give you a relaxing base, with fantastic food, and a chance to get to know Mid Wales a little better. And there’s lots of fascinating attractions to explore too, as well as enjoying the breath-taking scenery. You can find out more about the initiative at www.cambrianmountains.co.uk
