Rebecca Stenhouse - Elle Woods
Born in Edinburgh, Scotland, Rebecca began dancing at a young age. At 16 she began her professional training at The MGA Academy of Performing Arts. Upon graduating Rebecca was cast as the lead vocalist in Musical Starlights the European tour. In 2011 she was offered a one year contract in Universal Studios Japan; while there she performed in many shows and was the assistant choreographer for some of their seasonal shows. Rebecca stayed with Universal for a second year accepting the role of super swing with the challenge of performing 12 different roles.
Upon returning from Japan, Rebecca was cast as ensemble and understudy Sandy in Grease: The Arena Spectacular, which toured Europe. Once back in London she was part of the workshop for Pretty Woman the Musical and sang with Scott Alan at the London Hippodrome.
In the summer of 2014 Rebecca got the news that she would be starring as Sherrie in Rock of Ages onboard the Norwegian Breakaway. She sailed around New York and the Caribbean for 6 months with the Ship Rocked tour cast. David Barrett - Emmett Forrest
David was born and raised in Bedfordshire and graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in 2002. Since then he has been part of several UK No.1 tours including Godspell, Summer Holiday, Annie, South Pacific, on which he was also Resident Director and the 2008 tour of Seven Brides For Seven Brothers, in which he played Caleb.
He has also performed in Oliver! in Malaysia, the acclaimed production of Gypsy at the Dundee Rep Theatre and a highly successful new production of Chicago at the Aberystwyth Arts Centre where he played Amos.
In 2006 David was fortunate enough to be part of a brand new musical written by the Heather Brothers, Teen Scream, where he got to play a Serial Killer and spend a fantastic summer at the Edinburgh Festival.
He has performed in numerous pantomimes across the country over the years, including Stevenage, Lincoln, Malvern, Lowestoft, Swansea and Poole. Choreographing the latter, he also spent an incredible year at the world famous Funny Girls at Blackpool, which was a true education in more ways than one.
He has been Lead Production Vocalist and Company Manager for both Princess Cruises and P&O, aboard ships including ‘The Royal Princess’, named by the Duchess of Cambridge in June 2013 as well as the P&O ‘Azura’ and ‘Ventura’.
David is delighted to be back in Aberystwyth and part of this hugely exciting production of Legally Blonde.
He would also, as ever, like to thank his family for their unwavering love and support, despite the fact they never see him!
Peter Karrie - Prof. Callahan
Peter Karrie’s first West End production was Ray Cooney’s Fire Angel, soon followed by James Dean, igniting his passion of theatrical stage. Peter has been in many of the greatest theatrical successes, including his highly acclaimed portrayal of The Phantom in Lord Andrew Lloyd Webber’s record breaking musical, The Phantom of the Opera. Peter first played The Phantom at Her Majesty’s Theatre, London before going on to play the role in Toronto, Singapore, Hong Kong, Vancouver and the Millennium tour of Great Britain, covering Southampton, Bradford and Manchester. His performances have been reviewed as “definitive” earning him the title of “The World’s Most Popular Phantom” on two separate occasions (The Worldwide Phantom Appreciation Society). At the 25th anniversary performance, Lord Webber and Sir Cameron Mackintosh announced that Peter was the longest running ‘Phantom’ of all time.
MUSICAL THEATRE ROLES... (At a glance)
Peter famously played the role of Jean Valjean in Les Misérables for more than three and a half years at London’s Palace Theatre, reprising the same role several times, including a spectacular open air concert at Cardiff Castle. Peter has been original member of various casts including; the Che role in Evita for the first British national tour, Chess (eventually taking over from Murray Head as The American - Freddy Trumper). He has created many roles; John Blackthorn for James Clavell’s Shogun in Washington and on Broadway, New York. In early 2005 he created the The Reverend Peter Price in the brand new, all Welsh musical Amazing Grace. 2004 saw Peter as Daddy Warbucks in Annie, followed by an out of town run as Fagin in Cameron Mackintosh’s production of Oliver! (2005). In February 2006 he performed, once again to great critical acclaim, as Don Quixote in the demanding and complex musical Man of La Mancha at the Cork Opera House. In the summer of 2006 he performed Tevye in Fiddler on the Roof. This was followed by a second tour of Amazing Grace, once again playing The Reverend Peter Price. 2007 saw Peter creating yet another role; Tommy Farr’s one-legged trainer Joby ‘Peg Leg’ Churchill in the brand new musical The Contender. Peter followed this Peter playing the role of Cardinal Di Contini Verchese in the UK tour of The Thorn Birds, written by Coleen McCullough, based on her sensational blockbuster book and television series of the same name, one of Peter favourite roles to play has been Judas in Jesus Christ Superstar (Palace Theatre).
Since 2013 Peter has embarked on a series of concerts The Small Halls Tour. Its purpose is to raise funds where funding cuts have been implemented to small venues, charities, and organisations within Wales; taking care of various needs within specific local communities. 2016 will see The Small Halls Tour venturing across to England and Scotland. September 2015 sees Peter returning to British Columbia, Canada for a 3 week tour of concerts across the province.

Barnaby Hughes graduated from Mountview Academy of Theatre Arts in 2014.

Nicola Avino - Vivienne Kensignton
Nicola is originally from Blackburn, Lancashire and trained at the Royal Welsh College Of Music and Drama, graduating with Distinction in MA Musical Theatre.
Roles whilst training include: Beth in Merrily We Roll Along, The Explorer in Perceptions and Annabelle De Bourgh in Pride and Prejudice.

Wade Lewin - Kyle B O’Boyle
Training: Millennium Performing Arts.
Born and raised in Manchester, Wade first joined Company Fierce Dance, a local Street Dance group with whom he won the 2005 National Street Dance Championship. In 2006 after moving to London, his band The Beatfreakz scored two Top 10 singles and had a national tour. He was cast in Harry Potter 6 as a nefarious Inferi. In 2010 Wade made his West End Debut in Disney’s The Lion King.
After finishing on the West End Wade was one of 3 Lawn Captains chosen to perform at the London 2012 Olympics.
Recently Wade appeared as Aladdin in Lincoln and in the 70’s spectacular Hot Stuff at the Queen’s Theatre in Hornchurch.
Over the years Wade has performed in a number of pantos, working with artists including Priscilla Presley, Warwick Davis and Steve Gutenberg.
He has also had the lead in numerous adverts including Tumblers Cat Treats and Leo Vegas Casino and also worked as Ashley Banjo’s stand in filming the Got To Dance advert.
Wade is thrilled to be joining the cast of Legally Blonde at the Aberystwyth Arts Centre.

Daisy Steere - Margot
Daisy is thrilled to be playing Margot and cover Elle in this production of Legally Blonde. She has recently completed a UK Tour of Joseph and the Amazing Technicolor Dreamcoat, having graduated last summer from Arts Educational Schools, London with a BA (Hons) in Musical Theatre. Credits whilst training include Soloist in Friday Night Is Music Night (BBC Radio), Vocalist for Kerry Ellis In Concert (London Palladium), and at the Olivier Awards (BBC Radio 2 and ITV). Other theatre credits whilst training include Bonnie & Clyde, Evita, A Funny Thing Happened On The Way To The Forum, Movin’ Out and The Pirates Of Penzance.
TV appearances include Ballet Shoes (Granada TV) and recordings include The Snow Queen (Julian Gibbs).
Daisy made her West End debut at the age of 12 in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium and from that moment she knew the career path she wanted to follow. It holds great significance for Daisy to be a part of a production at Aberystwyth Arts Centre as some of her ancestors are from the local area. Her sister, Molly, is also in the cast of Legally Blonde and Daisy is delighted as this will be the first time they have performed together professionally.
Daisy will be playing the title role in Cinderella for Qdos pantomime in Hastings this Christmas.

Helen Petrovna - Brooke Wyndham
Helen studied with Bodywork Company Dance Studios, furthered her training at London Studio Centre and subsequently The Collaborative Arts Project (CAP21) in New York City.
Previous professional theatre credits include Graziella in West Side Story (Larnaca Amphitheatre), West End Rocks (UK Tour), An Evening on the Westside (Bernstein Celebration UK Concert Tour), Les Misérables in Concert (Channel Islands), Jemima in Cats (Channel Islands), Singer/Dancer for Universal (Osaka, Japan), Katherine in Wine Lovers The Musical (NCL) and Serena in Legally Blonde The Musical (NCL).
She can be seen in the ICF feature film Chalet Girl and has previously worked for the BBC, ITV and Nickelodeon with performances on Abbamania, Murder in Suburbia, Genie and The Royal Variety Show.
Helen has been used as a recording vocalist for Westlife and the Passionata Opera/Rock Album, appeared as a featured vocalist for the KitKatKlub at the Pigalle (Picadilly Circus) and in the touring production of NOTLesMiz.
Rosie Needham - Kate/Chutney
Rosie trained at the Arts Educational Schools, London and The Guildford School of Acting, where she graduated with First Class Honours.

Andrew Simeon - Aaron Schultz
Andrew is a proud Welsh man, born and bred in South Wales. He began his performing Arts training in Swansea at Gorseinon College (now known as Gower College) before continuing his training at Bird College of Dance and Musical Theatre in London. Whilst training, Andrew was a member of the Bird Theatre Company, with which he toured extensively throughout Europe. This included Austria, performing at the Festsplehaus as a featured soloist in a Rogers and Hart revue and also in Estoril, Portugal.

Karl Loxley - Dewey/Carlos
Karl Trained at the prestigious Guildford School of Acting in which he was awarded a full scholarship to train in Musical Theatre. Most recently Karl has made Sir Tom Jones’ final 8 out of a staggering 48,000 people who auditioned on this years series of The Voice UK.
Other credits include Beauty And The Beast written by Olivier Award Winning Writer Mike Kenny (Barnsley Civic Theatre), Now and Forever The Music of Andrew Lloyd Webber, Jack and The Beanstalk (Yvonne Arnaud Theatre Guildford), Dead Heat (Bradford Playhouse) and Greatest Hits Of The Musicals (Belgrade Theatre). Karl also performed at the 2011 Olivier Awards (Theatre Royal Drury Lane).
Ricardo Castro - Padamadan
Ricardo was born in São Paulo but grew up in Lisbon, Portugal where he developed his musical talents at the Portuguese National Conservatoire and later at the Nexus Institute of Creative Arts.
Recent theatre credits include: Pablo in Sister Act (Aberystwyth Arts Centre & Grange Park Opera), Tyrone in Fame (Gordon Craig Theatre and European Tour), Aladdin in Aladdin (Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock), Ensemble in They’re Playing Our Song (Yvonne Arnaud Theatre), Adam Putman in Bitesize (Landor Theatre) Victor in Smokey Joe’s Café on board P&O’s Ventura and Lead Vocalist in West End Backwards at the Kings Head Theatre.
Screen work includes Misfits for Channel 4, Luka in Love/Amor for Discourse Pictures, Nightbus for Talent TV.
Ricardo is really excited to return to Aberystwyth after a great season with Sister Act last year.
Molly Steere - Swing
Molly made her West End debut at the age of 7 in Chitty Chitty Bang Bang at the London Palladium, and went on to perform in Billy Elliot at the Victoria Palace Theatre as Susan Parks.
Other credits include: Whistle Down The Wind (Union Theatre), Anytime Annie in 42nd Street (The Secombe Theatre), Featured Dancer in Carter USM Concert (O2 Academy Brixton), Singer in Australia’s Fire and Flood Benefit Concert (Palace Theatre), Lost Boy in Peter Pan (Ashcroft Theatre) and Ballet Girl/ Peapod in Ballet Shoes (Granada Productions). Recent television commercials include Asda, Bupa and Iglo Chicken Chargrills.
Molly was a pupil at The Betty Wivell Academy of Performing Arts from the age of 3, and now at the age of 18 has returned, having completed her Diploma in Dance Instruction, to teach ballet, tap and modern.
She is thrilled to have been given the opportunity to perform at Aberystwyth Arts Centre in this wonderful production of Legally Blonde.
Timothy Lucas - Swing
This year Timothy has completed his final year of training on the Musical Theatre course at the Liverpool Theatre School. It’s been a fabulous four years for him and he is very excited to be starting his first job since graduating.
During his training he had the opportunity to perform several times at the Floral Pavilion in New Brighton in their summer shows. Earlier this year he had the privilege of playing Joseph Merrick in a professional production of the Elephant Man which was an unforgettable experience for Timothy.
Outside experiences include having a small part in an independent Liverpool company’s musical film called The Big Society (2014). At Liverpool’s Empire Theatre he played José ‘Joe’ Vegas in Fame (2010), and A-Rab in West Side Story (2011). He danced in his first pantomime
season in Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs at The Brindley Arts Centre in Runcorn (Christmas 2014).
Besides theatre, boxing has always been a hobby of his and he has spent 10 years with that discipline embedded in him. Timothy loves singing and dancing and he also play the ukulele! He goes to church when he can and has a strong faith; he’s one of seven bothers and likes to think of himself as a real family man. Timothy is thrilled to work with the cast of Legally Blonde and is very excited to be part of this iconic show.
Tiger Lily - Bruiser Woods
Tiger-Lily was born August 2008 in Chepstow and now lives in Risca which is just outside Newport. She loves going for walks, playing in the garden with the children and her favourite treat is Chicken. Even though Tiger is a bit of a celebrity in her home town, Legally Blonde marks her stage debut.
Tiger is thrilled to be spending the summer in Aberystwyth.
Charlie Jay - Rufus Bonafonte
Charlie is a pedigree Cavalier King Charles Spaniel rescue dog and has been with his new owners for just over a year. Charlie didn’t train in musical theatre; he learnt his craft by watching musicals from the comfort of the sofa.
This is his debut role in a musical and he is hoping to get an agent following the success of the show. Skills include selective hearing, barking for absolutely no reason and breaking open
the treats jar.
