Emma Thompson stars in this smart and punchy comedy about a female late night chat show host whose ratings begin to slide.  Fearing her all-male team is part of the problem, she decides to score some gender equality points and impulsively hires Molly Patel, a new, female and completely inexperienced writer.  Separated by culture and a generation, yet armed with enough razer-sharp wit to do battle with her acid-tongued boss, Molly is determined to prove them all wrong.
