The cafe aims to be at the forefront of progressive cookery, always striving to innovate and reflect new trends whilst retaining our reputation for great food and service. All our hot food is home- made,by our dedicated kitchen team to very high standards and with an awareness of sustainability. We appreciate the importance of catering to all tastes and dietary requirements, supplying a range of vegetarian and vegan options in addition to meat dishes, and are careful to accurately highlight ingredients and potential allergens in our food.
The cafe endeavours, wherever possible, to source local produce from ethical suppliers, and to produce as much as possible in-house. Indeed the majority of our food is obtained from Welsh suppliers and some of our meat comes from our very own University farms.
The Arts Centre's award winning main café offers a mouth-watering selection of freshly made salads, hot meals and snacks, plus a huge selection of homemade cakes! New for 2017 are our scrummy breakfast pancakes, stunning salad bar together with shiny new barista coffee machines from Italy!
