Comfort Blankets
The work on display is the result of a series of workshops with textile artist Becky Knight. Based on ideas and techniques Becky uses in her own work, the blankets are an expression of feelings using a traditional artform. As well as traditional quilting techniques, they incorporate a range of unusual items - objects that refer to the things we do when times get hard.
