Are recent floods and storms one-off events or the start of something new?Forecast uses voices and stories from Aberystwyth and the surrounding area to start us thinking about the recent changes in our weather and what we feel we need to do... It explores our experiences of flooding, of storms, of our knowledge and our lack of knowledge and the important decisions we need to make – or decide to ignore. Join us for the launch of a community conversation. Commissioned by local social enterprise Ymlaen Ceredigion and created by Sarah Woods as part of the Aberystwyth University Transforming Social Science Programme.
Sarah’s work has been produced by the RSC, BBC TV and radio. She is currently writing a five part Woman’s Hour series for BBC Radio 4.
