Arts Centre Dance School

Aberystwyth Arts Centre Dance School aims to provide an enjoyable dance experience for pupils of all ages.  Highly qualified teachers offer classes in ballet, modern and tap with the aim to develop an appreciation and love of dance.

The Dance School has gained a reputation for excellent teaching which is reflected in its examination results at all levels.  Former pupils have won places at professional dance schools and colleges such as the Central School of Ballet, the College of the Royal Academy of Dance, Hammond Ballet School, Laine Theatre Arts, Stella Mann College, Arts Educational, Merseyside Dance & Drama Centre etc.  All   classes take  place   in   the   Arts  Centre's purpose built dance studios and are led by highly qualified teachers.

Mae Ysgol Ddawns Canolfan y Celfyddydau Aberystwyth yn cynnal dosbarthiadau mewn dawnsio tap, bale a modern ar gyfer pob lefel ac oedran, o blant tair mlwydd oed i oedolion. Cynhelir yr holl ddosbarthiadau  yn stiwdios dawns y Ganolfan o dan gyfarwyddyd athrawon cymwysedig.   Mae dros 500 o ddisgyblion yn mynychu'r dosbarthiadau bob wythnos a cheir canlyniadau llwyddiannus mewn arholiadau ar bob lefel.   Mae llawer o'n cyn-ddisgyblion wedi mynd ymlaen i hyfforddi mewn ysgolion dawns proffesiynol adnabyddus gan gynnwys Yr Ysgol Bale Ganolog, Celfyddydau Theatr Laine, Canolfan Ddawns Glannau Merswy, Ysgol Ddawns Hammond yng Nghaer, Stella Mann a'r Academi Ddawns Frenhinol.
