Everybody has a story to tell - let us show you how to share yours

Digital Stories are short, personal, multimedia scraps of TV / film that anybody can make for themselves using photographs, cameras, scanners and computers.  They can be funny or serious, happy or sad; the most important thing is that it’s your own personal story, told by you with your images.

During workshops participants create a short story based on their own experience, record a voice over of themselves reading their story and then scan and download photographs to go with it to make a short film.  Participants use new media technology and have the chance to try basic image manipulation and editing software.  Everyone who has made a digital story has really loved the process!   At the end of the workshop participants leave with a range of new skills and hopefully a digital story they are proud of.  The stories are posted on the Arts Centre website – please click on the link below - and may even be shown in the Arts Centre Cinema.

Darnau byr, personol, aml-gyfrwng o deledu / ffilm yw Straeon Digidol.  Gall unrhyw un eu gwneud trwy ddefnyddio ffotograffau, camerâu, sganwyr a chyfrifiaduron. Gallant fod yn ddoniol neu o ddifrif, yn hapus neu’n drist; y peth pwysicaf yw mai’ch stori bersonol chi ydyw, gyda chi’ch hun yn ei hadrodd gan ddefnyddio’ch delweddau eich hun.

Yn ystod y gweithdai bydd y sawl sy'n cymryd rhan yn creu stori fer yn seiliedig ar eu profiadau eu hunain, yn recordio eu lleisiau yn darllen y stori ac wedyn yn sganio ac yn lawrlwytho ffotograffau i gydfynd â'r stori i wneud ffilm fer.  Defnyddir technoleg newydd y cyfryngau a cheir cyfle i dreio meddalwedd sylfaenol ar gyfer addasu a golygu delweddau.  Bu pawb sydd wedi gwneud stori ddigidol yn mwynhau'r profiad i'r eithaf!  Ar ddiwedd y gweithdy byddwch yn gadael gydag amrediad o sgiliau newydd yn ogystal â stori ddigidol y gallwch fod yn falch ohoni!  Gosodir y straeon ar wefan Canolfan y Celfyddydau - cliciwch ar y ddolen isod - a dangosir rhai ohonynt yn Sinema'r Ganolfan.
