Artists in Residence: Richard Ibghy
Astudiodd Richard Ibghy athronyddiaeth ac wedyn enillodd MBA yn yr École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal. Mae’n gweithio’n aml gyda Marilou Lemmens; maent wedi datablygu ymarfer yn seiliedig ar ymchwil sy’n cynnwys cynhyrchu gweithiau celf, yn ogystal â chyfraniadau ar gyfer cyhoeddiadau, darlithoedd a fframweithiau ar gyfer arddangosfeydd.
Yn ystod ei gyfnod preswyl dymuna ddatblygu ‘Sceptics will be entertained but Perhaps unimpressed’ sef prosiect artistig yn ymwneud â chysyniadoli a chynrychioli gweithredu economaidd.
Richard Ibghy studied philosophy and afterwards earned an MBA at the École des Hautes Études Commerciales de Montréal. He often works with Marilou Lemmens they have developed a research based practice that includes the production of art works, as well as contributions for publications, lectures, and frameworks for exhibitions.
In his residency he wishes to develop ‘Sceptics will be entertained but Perhaps unimpressed’ an artistic project concerning the conceptualisation and representation of economic action.
